Approximately 2,200 current periodicals are kept on the closed shelves in this department.

Older periodicals that are not bound are received on microform and may be viewed on microform
In addition to the standard microform readers and printers, the Periodicals / Reserves
Department also provides access to a digitized microform reader connected to a PC.
Patrons using the digitized reader can save microform documents to a CD through the PC's
CD-RW drive, or they can email microform documents to an email account. We have found, however,
that microform images fill up email accounts very rapidly; so you need to know the capacity of
your email account before emailing any microform images.
The Periodicals / Reserves staff is available to assist you with their services.
