My Account from the library’s homepage and from the library’s catalog.
To access My Account you will need your I.D. number and PIN.
Students have an eight-digit ID number on their Lamar ID card or Cardinal OneCard. If you can't login with your Lamar ID number, please contact the library circulation desk at (409) 880-8134.
Faculty and staff have a 13-digit barcode number on the back of their Lamar ID card. If you can't login with your barcode number, please contact the Library Circulation Desk at (409) 880-8134.
PIN: For students enrolled on or after August 2006, your PIN should be your birthdate in the MMDDYY format. For students enrolled prior to August 2006, and for faculty and staff, your PIN is "CHANGEME" unless you have already reset it online or by visiting the Circulation Desk. If you have any questions about whether your PIN has been reset, call the Circulation Desk at (409) 880-8134.
The library’s My Account feature allows you to:
Review My Account: view a list of items you currently have checked out.
Renew My Materials: renew your checked out items with the exception of
Items that have been put on hold by another patron
Items from the Periodicals/Reserve Desk on the second floor
Items borrowed through Interlibrary Loan
"Fun Read" books from the second floor
User PIN Change: change your PIN/Password.
Change My Address: change your address – NOTE: This only changes the address the library uses to contact you. It does not change your address with any other University or Institute department.
